Terms and Conditions as of May 2026
1. Booking & Payment
By booking a consultation with Styled by Phoebe, you agree to the following terms:
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Your booking reserves dedicated time, preparation, and personalised styling expertise tailored specifically to you.
Payments are processed securely through third‑party providers.
2. Rescheduling Your Appointment
If you need to reschedule:
You’re welcome to reschedule any time up to 48 hours before your appointment using the reschedule link in your original booking confirmation email.
Reschedules within 48 hours cannot be accommodated and will be treated as a cancellation.
A 50% cancellation fee applies to all late reschedule requests, as your session time has been set aside specifically for you.

3. Cancellations
All cancellations incur a 50% cancellation fee, regardless of notice period.
This fee covers the time reserved exclusively for your consultation and the preparation completed in advance.
4. No‑Show Policy
If you do not attend your appointment and do not notify me, this is considered a no‑show.
No‑shows are charged the full session fee.
5. Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened out of respect for other clients.
The full session fee still applies.
6. Refunds & Liability
Refunds are not available for services that have already been delivered.
Refunds are not available for purchases made based on my styling advice or recommendations.
Styled by Phoebe is not responsible for outcomes related to third‑party products, sizing, stock availability, shipping, or retailer policies.
7. Gift Cards
You can absolutely purchase a Styled by Phoebe session as a gift.
Select the gift card version of your chosen consultation at checkout.

Gift cards are non‑refundable.
Gift cards are valid for a minimum of 3 years, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
8. Privacy & Data
Your personal information (name, email, questionnaire responses, etc.) is collected solely for the purpose of delivering your service.
Your data is handled in accordance with the Styled by Phoebe Privacy Policy.

9. If I Need to Reschedule
In the rare event that I need to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the next available appointment time.
If I am unable to offer an alternative and must cancel your appointment entirely, you will receive a full refund.
10. Australian Consumer Law
These terms operate in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees that services will be delivered with due care and skill.
11. Agreement
By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
